In 2012, fueled by frustration, divorce and incredible overwhelm and stress at work that were not making things better, I walked out of my last corporate job and never looked back. Top talent voluntarily resigning during a time of significant organizational shift is a common story, isn’t it?

In the years following that departure, I worked through those feelings, allowing them to fuel something new – a mission, that feels lit from within, to help any other exceptional talent in an organization to rise above such circumstances, and to make things better for themselves, and for everyone around them. In 2017, I launched Lead with Enthusiasm, a coaching program and series of workshops and materials to help leaders and leading organizations disrupt ‘business as usual’, avoid talent-churn and rise to their highest levels of revenue and productivity, inspired by my own expertise as a leader in the luxury industry, and as an executive coach known as an expert in leadership psychology.

Through a practical and repeatable framework, I show leaders and teams they can transform themselves and in turn, inspire others. To this end, I built a coaching method designed to help leaders and teams diagnose within themselves what is not working, pinpoint it as their goal for transformation, and then use that to forge the new strategy ahead.
